How does my listening make a positive difference?

Sales and Marketing

• Winning results: A bid that was crucial to the success of a company was put together without consultation of anyone outside the team. I was asked to work with the team and quickly identified 2 key areas that would have made the bid non-compliant. Together we were able to craft solutions that led to winning the RFP and resulting contract.
• Restructure for growth: A business in a growth spurt were making decisions that were slowing or blocking the successful fulfillment of the increased interest. After I became involved, supporting structures were initiated, new investment found and winning sales/marketing collateral and systems were created and implemented.
• Fresh input = inclusive solutions: A company revising their website had me sit in on the conference calls for the site content. I was able to identify several key areas that were essential to the company that had been omitted in the planning and offer perspectives that would attract targeted web visitors.

Executive and Management

• Reliable and Trusted Source: Executives contact me for coaching on: another view on what is really going on with their employees, whether someone is suited for a position, options for positively resolving complex situations and a conversation that allows them to recharge, get energized and focus on what matters.
• Building Bridges (even when they burn): Managers and executives have consulted with me for possible options to resolve conflicts that developed with key clients or impasses with current client projects. In some cases, I would communicate with the client directly in order to ensure the client's concerns were clearly understood. I am able to be a trusted resource in creating a solution.

Personal

• Find answers within: Parents consult me with questions or stories about relating to their children or family members. In many cases they have the solution already but can't see it or they simply need to release the pressure they are putting on themselves.
• Getting it right: Individuals contact me to assist them with getting the right product or service or finding ways to approach the supplier to rectify a problem with their purchase.

1. Our first connection is no charge and lasts 45-60 minutes.
2.  After the first session you can pay by the hour or in blocks of hours (with discounted hourly rate)
3. We can connect over the phone, Skype or in person (travel and living expenses outside Perth, ON to be covered by the client)
